Since I decided to that it was probably a good time to loose weight back in 2007 I’ve become progressively more interested in tracking my progress and various metrics. This collection of pages, charts and graphs should hopefully give you some insight in to my training techniques. I started off attending a local gym in March of 2008 at which point I weighed 26 stone (165 Kg). After over 18 months of daily exercise consisting mostly of cross trainer, cycling, rowing and running I got down to 12.2 stone (78 Kg). It was at this point I started on the road to put on weight of the type lean usable muscle. At the time of writing (Dec 30th 2011) weigh 14.6 stone (93.3 Kg) at a height of 6’3″ (190.5 cm).
The charts below will update every Friday with my current weight and the 5 main muscles used for size comparison over the following 52 weeks.
Over the following pages you will find my lifting program, general fitness program and cardio vascular program. I appreciate not everyone reading this will agree with my methods but after trying multiple programs and routines over the last 3 years I have found that for myself this is the method that shows the best results for me.
